After creating an account, select your category from the table below and proceed with the payment.
Note:
*Registration is not complete until both steps (account creation and payment) have been successfully completed.
*Once the payment is confirmed by the VENTI office, it may take a few days for the payment status to be updated to "Paid" in your account.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant
-Cancellation by participant before May 1st 2025 date, refund less $50 administration fee.
-Cancellation by participant on or after May 1st 2025 date, no refund or credit.
Cancellation by Organiser
-Cancellation by Organiser will be fully refunded.
*Under no circumstances can the Organiser be held liable for any costs incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, etc. of Participant.

*VENTI has not partnered with any hotels or travel agencies.
*VENTI does not make any flight, hotel, or other travel arrangements through "Global Travel Team" or any other travel agency.
*If you are asked for personal information such as credit card details or passport numbers via email, do not respond. Delete or ignore such requests.
