At VENTI 2025, we warmly encourage and welcome your submissions.
There are two ways to share your work: 1) through our TAME Case Competition, which accepts even single noteworthy cases, or 2) through a Scientific Abstract.
We encourage you to share your valuable experiences with the global community!
All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend VENTI 2025.
Presenters must complete and pay their registration, otherwise the presentation and poster will be withdrawn from the official program of VENTI 2025.
Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract or case are the sole responsibility of the presenter.
1. TAME Case Competition
VENTI will feature a TAME Case Competition, highlighting the growing global interest in musculoskeletal / chronic inflammation embolization.
This case competition initiative aims to foster further research and data collection while providing a platform for practitioners to share their experiences.
All physicians are invited to submit your TAME cases, selected finalists will have the opportunity to present their cases at VENTI 2025.
Who can apply?
Physicians of all career levels and from any country are encouraged to submit their TAME case.
Incentives
- Outstanding case presentations will receive a USD 500 awards, in recognition of excellence, supported by VENTI.
- Awardees and case presenters will be selected by an independent VENTI Scientific Committee.
Submission Format
- Case reports should be submitted in a Powerpoint slide, maximum 10 slides.
- Multiple submissions per person are allowed, but if successful, an individual will be unable to present more than one case at VENTI
- By entering the competition, the participant’s contact information may be shared with the sponsor of the competition.

2. Scientific Abstract Submission
We encourage submissions that contribute to the growing field of TAME.
Topics for abstract submissions include, but are not limited to:
- TAME (MSK Embolization) Outcomes
Studies on safety, efficacy, influencing factors, reports on cohorts of cases, or comparisons of embolic materials. - Pre- and Post-TAME Imaging
Research linking pre-treatment imaging findings to outcomes or studies of post-treatment imaging changes. - Simplified TAME (Direct puncture "DOCHU" treatment)
Clinical or foundational research on DOCHU (simplified TAME) - Embolic Materials
Clinical or foundational research on different embolic agents used in TAME. - Mechanisms of TAME
Basic experiments or insightful clinical cases that shed light on TAME mechanisms, including animal studies. - TAME Randomized Control Trials (RCTs)
Submissions on RCT outcomes or the design of planned studies to advance evidence-based understanding of TAME. - Nerve Interventions
Research on nerve interventions or approaches targeting neural structures. - Technical Tips of TAME
Innovations to Simplify TAME Procedures and Enhance Their Effectiveness - Combination Treatments
Reports on improved outcomes from combining TAME with other therapies. - Practice Development
Experiences in collaboration with other specialties or initiatives to enhance social recognition of TAME.

All physicians are invited to submit your scientific abstracts, the top abstracts will have the opportunity to present their presentation at VENTI 2025.
Incentives
- The authors of the top two abstracts will each receive an honorarium of USD 800, in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
- Featured scientific abstracts and award winners will be chosen by an independent VENTI Scientific Committee.
- The top two presenters will also win an unforgettable dinner with the congress organizers Dr. Okuno and Dr. Goh at a renowned sushi restaurant in Tokyo.

- Scientific abstracts should be submitted in Word file, maximum 350 words
- Multiple submissions per person are allowed, but if successful, an individual cannot present more than one case at VENTI.
- By entering the abstract submission, participant’s contact information may be shared with the sponsor.
