Payment of Registration Fee
After creating an account, select your category from the table below and proceed with the payment.
Note:
*Registration is not complete until both steps (account creation and payment) have been successfully completed.
*Once the payment is confirmed by the VENTI office, it may take a few days for the payment status to be updated to "Paid" in your account.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant
-Cancellation by participant before May 1st 2025 date, refund less $50 administration fee.
-Cancellation by participant on or after May 1st 2025 date, no refund or credit.
Cancellation by Organiser
-Cancellation by Organiser will be fully refunded.
*Under no circumstances can the Organiser be held liable for any costs incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, etc. of Participant.
